Mattias has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering and management from Chalmers University of Technology with a major in chemical and biological engineering, as well as more than 10 years of experience from the food industry and his own business. He has been an ICA Independent Retailer and has operated restaurants and firms involved in online commerce in food products.
