He has previously worked as an adviser in the audit and consultancy firm PwC since 2007, of which as a partner and co-owner from 2016.

Peter has an education as market economist, and is an entrepreneur and business owner since 1989.He started and developed, among other things, Addyourlogo AB, which was listed in 2004. Today, Peter is the owner and CEO of several companies in the real estate and construction industry.

Ludvig was born in 1971 and has a master's degree in economics from Stockholm University. Previous experience as CEO of Goodyear Dunlop Tires in the Nordics and Baltics as well as positions within Unilever and Nike, among others. Henrik Samuelsson is CEO of Santa Maria and European manager of the Finnish food group Paulig. He has over 20 years of experience from the grocery industry in leading roles at, among others, Orkla, Lindt & Sprüngli and Unilever. Henrik Samuelsson is also chairman of the industry organization DLF, the Association of Grocery Suppliers (Dagligvaruleverantörers Förbund).

Education and experience: Mattias has a bachelor's degree in industrial economics from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on chemical- and biotechnology. Mattias has over 10 years of experience in the food industry and he has, among other things, been an ICA Merchant and run a restaurant. Mattias has a great interest in environmental issues and has been involved in starting companies where sustainability has been a central part of the operations.

Education and experience: Christer has a degree in economics at Stockholm University and recently supplemented his academic CV with a degree in Executive Leadership at the School of Economics (Handelshögskolan).

He previously worked as Finance Director at Mondi Dynäs, a company in the paper and packaging industry owned by the international group Mondi Group, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Education and experience: Pontus has previously been active in the transport industry, worked with pharmaceutical development and also has experience from the IT sector and the real estate industry. He most recently came from an assignment as CEO of Advantage Aviation Services, a company in the aviation industry, which he piloted to international expansion and high profitability with the help of new strategies.

Education and experience: Peter has 35 years of professional experience as a horticultural technician. Peter has worked in the greenhouse industry in Finland for 35 years, of which 25 years with illuminated cultivation. His most recent position is as area director for Schetelig, a leading Finnish group with several divisions operating in plants and greenhouse cultivation.

Berit has run a communications agency for 20 years, been manager of three clinics within Region Västernorrland and co-owner of a medical practice. Berit also has a three-year education from the Academy of Psychosynthesis (Psykosyntesakademin) and a one-year education from the Gestalt Academy (Gestaltakademin), which led to work with organizational issues and coaching of management groups and managers.
